§1‑339.67. Confirmation of sale of real property.
No sale of real property maybe consummated until the sale is confirmed by the clerk of the superior court.No order of confirmation may be made until the time for submitting an upsetbid, pursuant to G.S. 1‑339.64, has expired. (1949, c. 719, s. 1; 1967, c.979, s. 2.)
