§ 1‑339.72. Validationof certain sales.
All sales of real propertyunder execution, deed of trust, mortgage or other contracts made since February21, 1929, where notice of the original sale was published for four successiveweeks, and notice of any resale was published for two successive weeks, shallbe and the same are in all respects validated as to publication of notice.
