§1‑351. Not applicable to suit by mortgagee.
Nothing in this Articleapplies to any suit brought by a mortgagee or his heirs or assigns against amortgagor or his heirs or assigns for the recovery of the mortgaged premises. (1871‑2,c. 147, s. 9; Code, s. 481; Rev., s. 660; C.S., s. 710.)
