§1‑414. Copies of affidavit and order to defendant.
The affidavit and order ofarrest shall be delivered to the sheriff, who, upon arresting the defendant,shall deliver him a copy thereof. (C.C.P., s. 154; Code, s.296; Rev., s. 732; C.S., s. 772.)
