§1‑419. How defendant discharged.
The defendant, at any timebefore execution, shall be discharged from the arrest, either upon giving bailor upon depositing the amount mentioned in the order of arrest, as provided inthis article. (C.C.P., s. 156; Code, s. 298; Rev., s. 737; C.S., s.777.)
