§1‑436. Proceedings against bail by motion.
In case of failure to complywith the undertaking the bail may be proceeded against by motion in the causeon 10 days' notice to them. (C.C.P., s. 160; Code, s.302; Rev., s. 754; C.S., s. 794.)
