§1‑526. Service of summons and complaint.
The service of the summons andcomplaint as hereinbefore provided may be made by leaving a copy at the lastresidence or business office of the defendant or defendants, and service somade shall be deemed a legal service. (1899, c. 126; Rev., s. 838;C.S., s. 881.)
