§1‑567.84. Enforceability of decree.
If the conciliation proceedingsettles the dispute and the result of the conciliation is in writing and signedby the conciliators and the parties or their representatives, the writtenagreement shall be treated as an arbitral award rendered by an arbitraltribunal under this Article and has the same force and effect as a final awardin arbitration.
