§104‑33. Applicability of Article.
The provisions of this Articleshall not apply to any lands owned by the United States and held in trust forthe Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, located in Jackson, Swain, Graham, orCherokee Counties. (1979, c. 560, s. 2.)
