§105‑268.3. Returns to be filed and taxes paid pursuant to agreements.
Notwithstanding any otherprovision of law, returns shall be filed and taxes paid in accordance with theprovisions of any agreement entered into pursuant to this Article. (1943,c. 747, s. 3; 1971, c. 806, s. 2.)
