§ 106‑168.12. Commissioner authorized to adopt rules and regulations.
The Commissioner of Agriculture is hereby authorized to make andestablish reasonable rules and regulations, not inconsistent with theprovisions of this Article, after consulting the committee, for the properadministration and enforcement thereof. (1953, c. 732.)
