§ 106‑168.7. Issuance of license.
Upon receipt of the certificate of compliance from the committee, theCommissioner shall issue a license to the applicant to conduct renderingoperations as specified in the application. A license shall be valid until revokedfor cause as hereinafter provided. (1953, c. 732.)
