§ 106‑21.2. FoodBank information and referral service.
The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services may maintain aninformation and referral service for persons and organizations that havenotified the department of their desire to donate food to a nonprofitorganization or a nonprofit corporation. (1979, 2nd Sess., c. 1188, s. 2; 1997‑261, s. 22.)
