§ 106‑306. Rulesto enforce quarantine.
Upon such proclamation being made, the Commissioner of Agricultureshall have power to make rules and regulations to make effective theproclamation and to stamp out such infectious or contagious diseases as may breakout among the livestock and poultry in this State.
