§ 106‑313. Priceof serum to be fixed.
The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall fix the priceof anti‑hog‑cholera serum at such an amount as will cover the costof production. (1917, c. 275, s.1; 1919, c. 6; C.S., s. 4878; 1997‑261, s. 50.)
