§ 106‑348. Rulesand regulations.
The Commissioner of Agriculture, by and with the consent of the StateBoard of Agriculture, shall have full power to promulgate and enforce suchrules and regulations as may be necessary to control and eradicate tuberculosis.(1921, c. 177, s. 13;C.S., s. 4895(m).)
