§ 106‑361. Rulesand regulations.
The Commissioner of Agriculture, by and with the consent of the StateBoard of Agriculture, shall have full power to promulgate and enforce suchrules and regulations that may hereafter be necessary to complete tick eradicationin North Carolina. (1923, c. 146, s.12; C.S., s. 4895(aa).)
