§ 106‑451.44. Operation without registration unlawful; injunction.
Engaging in business as a cotton gin, cotton warehouse, or cottonmerchant without being registered under G.S. 106‑451.41 is punishable asa Class 2 misdemeanor. In addition, the Commissioner of Agriculture may applyto any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive relief to preventviolations of this act. (1999‑412, s. 1.)
