§ 106‑549.38. Rules and regulations of StateDepartment of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
All rules and regulations of the Department of Agriculture and ConsumerServices not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article shall remain infull force and effect until amended or repealed by the Board. (1969, c. 893, s. 27; 1997‑261, s. 60.)
