§ 106‑563.1. Supervision of referendum on milk product assessment.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, any milk productassessment referendum shall be conducted under the supervision of the CountyExtension Chairman in each county in which the referendum is held. (1981, c. 216, s. 3.)
