§ 106‑65.38. Disposition of fees and charges.
Except as otherwise provided in G.S. 106‑65.41, all fees andcharges received by the Division under this Article shall be deposited in theDepartment of Agriculture and Consumer Services General Fund Budget for thepurpose of administration and enforcement of this Article, with proper approvedaccounting procedures accounting for all expenditures and receipts.
