§ 106‑65.72. Reports.
Every person growing cotton in this State shall furnish to theCommissioner, or his authorized representative, on forms supplied by theCommissioner, such information as the Commissioner may require, concerning thesize and location of all commercial cotton fields and of noncommercial patchesof cotton grown as ornamentals or for other purposes.
