§ 108A‑70.16. Uniformity of interpretation.
This Part shall be so interpreted and construed as to be consistentwith the federal False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § 3729, et seq., and anysubsequent amendments to that act. (1997‑338, s. 1.)
