§ 108B‑22. Purpose.
It is the purpose of this Article to provide financial assistance toCommunity Action Agencies and Limited Purpose Agencies (hereinafter referred toas "agency" or "agencies") to enable those agencies toeffectively mobilize public and private resources in order to promote economicself‑sufficiency among the poor of the State and to expand those servicesto all political subdivisions of the State.
