§ 110‑132.1. Paternity determination by another state entitled to full faith and credit.
A paternity determination made by another state:
(1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In accordance with the laws of that state, and
(2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â By any means that is recognized in that state asestablishing paternity
shall be entitled to full faith and credit in this State. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 733, s. 2.)
