§ 113‑189. Protection of sea turtles and porpoises.
(a) It is unlawful to willfully take, disturb or destroy any seaturtles including green, hawksbill, loggerhead, Kemp's ridley and leatherbackturtles, or their nests or eggs.
(b) It shall be unlawful willfully to harm or destroy porpoises.(1967, cc. 198, 1225;1981, c. 873; 1991, c. 86, s. 3.)
