§ 113‑222. Arrest,service of process and witness fees of inspectors.
All arrest fees and other fees that may be charged in any bill of costsfor service of process by inspectors must be paid to the county in which thetrial is held. No witness fee may be taxed in any bill of costs by virtue ofthe appearance of an inspector as a witness in a criminal case within hisenforcement jurisdiction. Acceptance by any inspector of any arrest fee,witness fee, or any other fee to which he is not entitled is a Class 1misdemeanor. (1965, c. 957, s.2; 1993, c. 539, s. 843; 1994, Ex.
