§ 113‑225. Inspectors not to have financial interest in fisheries.
Except as provided in this Subchapter respecting operations ofdemonstration and research projects by employees of the Department as part oftheir employment, no inspector may be financially interested in any fishingindustry in the State of North Carolina. (1965, c. 957, s. 2.)
