§ 113‑258. Commissionsubject to provisions of State Budget Act.
The Atlantic States MarineFisheries Commission of the State of North Carolina shall be subject to all theterms and provisions of the State Budget Act, Chapter 143C of the GeneralStatutes of North Carolina.(1949, c. 1086, s. 7; 1955, c. 236, s. 1; 1965, c.957, s. 18; 2006‑203, s. 27.)
