§ 113‑315.26. Personnel.
The Secretary of Commerce shall appoint such personnel as deemednecessary who shall serve at the pleasure of the Secretary of Commerce. TheSecretary of Commerce shall have the power to appoint, employ and dismiss suchnumber of employees as he may deem necessary to accomplish the purposes of thisArticle subject to the availability of funds. It is recommended that, to thefullest extent possible, the Secretary of Commerce consult with the Authorityon matters of personnel. (1979, c. 459, s. 2; 1983, c. 717, s. 24; 1983 (Reg.
