§ 113‑60.45. Exemption.
This Article does not apply when the Secretary of Environment andNatural Resources has cancelled burning permits pursuant to G.S. 113‑60.27or prohibited all open burning pursuant to G.S. 113‑60.25. (1999‑121, s. 1.)
