§ 113A‑32. Declaration of purpose.
The purpose of this Article is to implement the policy as set out inG.S. 113A‑31 by instituting a North Carolina natural and scenic riverssystem, and by prescribing methods for inclusion of components to the systemfrom time to time. (1971, c. 1167, s.2.)
