§ 115C‑169. Corrective‑protective devices.
In those cases where corrective‑protective devices that requireprescription ophthalmic lenses are necessary, such devices shall only besupplied by those persons licensed by the State to prescribe or supply corrective‑protectivedevices. (1969, c. 1050, s.4; 1981, c. 423, s. 1.)
