§ 115C‑553. Dulyauthorized representative.
The duly authorized representative of the State of North Carolina towhom reports of commencing operation and termination shall be made and who mayinspect certain records under this Part shall be designated by the Governor. (1979, c. 505; 1981, c. 423, s. 1.)
