§ 115C‑562. Requirements exclusive.
No qualifying nonpublic school, which complies with the requirements ofthis Part, shall be subject to any other provision of law relating to educationexcept requirements of law respecting fire, safety, sanitation andimmunization. (1979, c. 506;1981, c. 423, s. 1.)
