§ 115D‑17. Compensation of trustees.
Trustees shall receive no compensation for their services but shallreceive reimbursement, according to regulations adopted by the State Board ofCommunity Colleges, for cost of travel, meals, and lodging while performingtheir official duties. The reimbursement of the trustees from State funds shallnot exceed the amounts permitted in G.S. 138‑5. (1963, c. 448, s. 23; 1979, c. 462, s. 2; c. 896, s. 13; 1979, 2ndSess., c. 1130, s. 1.)
