§ 115D‑80. Administrative Procedure Act applies.
As an agency of the State, the State Board of Community Colleges issubject to the Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 150B of the GeneralStatutes. Local boards of trustees are exempt from Chapter 150B. (1979, c. 462, s. 2; c. 896, s. 13; 1979, 2nd Sess.,c. 1130, s. 1; 1987, c. 827, s. 17.)
