§ 116‑231. Reestablishment of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics as aConstituent High School of The University of North Carolina.
The North Carolina School ofScience and Mathematics is hereby reestablished, as a constituent high schoolof The University of North Carolina, and shall be governed by the Board ofGovernors as prescribed in this Chapter and a Board of Trustees as prescribedin this Article.(1985,c. 757, s. 206(b); 2006‑66, s. 9.11(k).)
