§ 116‑33.2. CooperativeExtension Service employees.
The Board of Trustees of NorthCarolina State University shall adopt personnel policies governing theemployment of the employees of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Servicewho are exempted from certain provisions of Chapter 126 of the General Statutespursuant to G.S. 126‑5(c1)(9a).
