§ 116‑8. Chairman,vice‑chairman and secretary.
The Board of Governors shall elect from its membership for two‑yearterms, and until their successors have been elected and qualified, a chairman,a vice‑chairman and a secretary. No person may serve as chairman morethan four years in succession. (1971, c. 1244, s. 1.)
