§ 117‑26. Application for grant or loan from governmental agency.
Whenever any corporation organized hereunder desires to secure a grantor loan from any agency of the United States government now in existence orhereafter authorized, they shall apply through the North Carolina RuralElectrification Authority and not direct to the United States agency, and thesaid North Carolina Rural Electrification Authority alone shall have theauthority to make applications for grants or loans to any corporations createdhereunder.
