§ 117‑35. Articlecomplete in itself and controlling.
Article 4 is complete in itself and shall be controlling. Theprovisions of any other law, general, special, or local except as provided inthis Article, shall not apply to a telephone membership corporation formedunder this Article. (1965, c. 345, s.2.)
