§ 119‑35. Adulteration of products offered for sale.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation who haspurchased gasoline or other liquid motor fuel upon which a road tax has beenpaid to in anywise adulterate the same by the addition thereto of kerosene orany other liquid substance and sell or offer for sale the same.
