§ 120‑220. Commissionauthority.
The Commission and the TaskForce on the Coordination of Children's Services has the authority to obtaininformation and data from all State officers, agents, agencies, anddepartments, while in discharge of its duties, pursuant to G.S. 120‑19,as if it were a committee of the General Assembly.
