§120‑235. Committee subcommittees; noncommittee membership.
The Committee cochairs mayestablish subcommittees for the purpose of making special studies pursuant toits duties, and may appoint noncommittee members to serve on each subcommitteeas resource persons. Resource persons shall be voting members of thesubcommittee and shall receive subsistence and travel expenses in accordancewith G.S. 138‑5 and G.S. 138‑6. (1999‑237, s. 22(a).)
