§120‑30.43. Purpose.
It is the purpose of thisArticle to provide procedures for the preparation and distribution of fiscalinformation on bills, resolutions, amendments to bills and resolutions or ruleswhich if enacted or adopted would have a fiscal impact on the units of localgovernment of this State.
