§120‑30.44. Fiscal note defined.
For purposes of this Article,"fiscal note" means a realistic statement of the estimated effect onthe expenditures or revenues of units of local government of implementing orcomplying with a proposed bill, resolution or rule. (1979, 2nd Sess., c. 1262, s.4.)
