§120‑72. Definition.
For the purposes of thisArticle, "program evaluation" is defined as: an examination of theorganization, programs, and administration of State government to ascertainwhether such functions (i) are effective, (ii) continue to serve their intendedpurposes, (iii) are efficient, and (iv) require modification or elimination.
