§120‑84.12. Commission staffing.
(a) The Commission mayuse available clerical employees of the General Assembly, with the approval ofthe Legislative Services Commission.
(b) The Commission may,with the consent of the Legislative Services Commission, use employees of theFiscal Research, Legislative Automated Systems, General Research, LegislativeDrafting, and Public Information Divisions of the Legislative ServicesCommission.
