§122A‑13. Negotiable instruments.
Notwithstanding any of theforegoing provisions of this Chapter or any recitals in any obligations issuedunder the provisions of this Chapter, all such obligations and interest couponsappertaining thereto shall be and are hereby made negotiable instruments underthe laws of this State, subject only to any applicable provisions forregistration.
